Rates:
Rates are determined by the programs, the number of participants, and the duration. A Montara guide will discuss your needs and customize a proposal for you. Weddings and special events for large groups are also priced based on program and number of participants.
Reservations:
All reservations must be secured with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Full payment is due 15 days prior to the event.
Full payment is due unless the event is cancelled or postponed 45 days prior to the event.
Decreases in the number of participants must be made 30 days prior to the event or full amount is due.
Only registered guests may be on the premises. Visitors must be registered guests and included in the contract price.
** A 25% change fee will be added for events rescheduled inside of 30 days.
** Weather related cancellation is at the discretion of the farm owners and will be confirmed in writing.
House Policies:
All buildings are no smoking areas.
All guests must sign a liability waiver.
Contract signers are responsible for damages to farm, property, and persons. Event insurance will be billed to contractee for large events.
A ‘Green’ charge of 10% of the final total will be added for excessive use of water, towels, energy(heat/AC)or failure to recycle or clean up trash and garbage.
