Our private chef and culinary team have created menus to rival the best of Country Cooking from Georgia to Texas and from Provence to Jakarta.
Menus are planned for each function based on guest preferences, availability of fresh ingredients, weather, size of group, the program, and the mood of the chef! All meals are prepared for your group only and are served modified family style. All meals focus on outdoor smoking and grilling with marinades, spice rubs or sauces from around the world; fresh fruits and garden vegetables of the season from our own farm, and homemade breads and pastries and outrageous desserts.

Your dining experience can be a learning and teambuilding experience at Montara Farm. Would your group like to prepare a meal as a team event.  We do the team setup assignments and resource allocation.  Your teams communicate, trade, outsource, cook and create a grand meal!
