Overnight Retreat


Montara is a private estate with unique lodging designed to foster teamwork and relationship building.  The family compound has a large farmhouse, an L shaped bunkhouse and a conservatory meeting room together in one area linked by walk ways.  There are 19 bedrooms accommodating 40 persons.  There are two living rooms, a dining room, four fireplaces and expansive porches. A replica of a 1840′s Pennsylvania Bank Barn is a short walk through the woods. One complex houses a meeting room for up to 150, a fitness center, a pool, tennis court, and outdoor amphitheater.

You are at you Aunt’s house in the country with all your cousins…What Fun!

You have the whole place to yourselves whether you are a group of ten or 40.


Overnight Retreats include:

  • Exclusive use of the Farm, House & Bunkhouse (19 rooms, 40 beds)
