RESERVATIONS:
All reservations must be secured with a 25% deposit.
Full payment is due 15 days prior to the event.
Full payment is due unless the event is cancelled or postponed 30 days prior to the event.
** A 25% change fee will be added for events
changed within 2 weeks
** Weather related cancellation is at the discretion of the farm owners and will be confirmed
in writing.
HOUSE POLICIES:
All buildings are no smoking areas.
All guests must sign a liability waiver.
Contract signers are responsible for damages to farm, property, and persons. |
