Posse

Outlaws are at it again and have stolen the Montara Payroll. Posses are sent to the 60 towns in the territory to find the hideouts and capture the outlaws and reward. 

This is a map and compass orienteering team competition. Teams must develope a strategic plan and a tactical process; they must use human and other resources wisely, and execute a strategy to capture the outlaws. This program has a planning component and an execution phase. There are 120 outlaws with total reward points of 75,000 scattered over 400 acres. Which team will round up the most and how! Strategy, process, and teamwork are critical.
